    RASHA Warranty Provisions:  RASHA® Technology Only

    Jere Rivera Dugenio LTD and/or RASHA LTD adheres to a two (2) year, non-negligence warranty agreement. Warranty coverage does not include accidental, intentional, or liquid damage to RASHA systems or components that are lost, stolen, dropped or mishandled in any way.

    RASHA Extended warranties are available annually for $1599 after initial two (2) year warranty expiration and will be billed at the beginning of each warranty extension period. Please see your representative for details.

    Base-12 Frequencies License Agreement:

    The RASHA BASE-12 High Resolution Frequencies Collection is provided for you as a custom application. Any unauthorized reproduction or redistribution is prohibited. 

    DAC-Player Warranty:

    The DAC-Player is covered by a one (1) year warranty. Jere Rivera-Dugenio LTD does not warrant that the operations of the product will be uninterrupted or error free, nor does it assume any responsibility or liability whatsoever for any damages suffered as a result of accidental or intentional damage to systems or components that are lost, stolen, or experience liquid damage.

    Refund Policy: 

    The RASHA is presented for distribution and service by Jere Rivera-Dugenio LTD Consulting, who adheres to a strict 7-day FULL REFUND policy with NO REFUND after 7 days. 

    NO-SHOWS for live, remote, or online appointments; upgrades; live, remote, or online courses; or any types of events, seminars, or retreats do not qualify to receive any credit and forfeit the right to any type of refund.
